Holidays

Christmas was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better Christmas to be honest.I got the guitar that I have wanted for about a year and that totally made my day.

My brother, somewhere in his twenties, received a snowboard and bindings, something that he has wanted since his first board and bindings were stolen. Which was, give or take, about five years back. He also received a gas powered RC car. Giving these to him and being able to see the joy he had was very enlightening my self. O f course that isn't all he got just the big things.

Both my parents got GPS systems, I knew they were both giving each other one but of course I wouldn't ruin the surprise that they both had. After out trip to Virginia, Washington, D.C, and around that area, using a rental car with the GPS system in it helped us tremendously. Thats was why they both got them.

And my other sibling got things, but these of course were the main things that I enjoyed most.

Now New Years is Just about here and I am soo happy for this new year.

Just so you know I started a photgraphy Blog. The link is Straight across from the Headlines of my most recent post or about the Blog Archive, Check it out.

Random stuff.

Funny little story.

A southern Baptist minister was completing a
temperance sermon. With great emphasis he said, "If I
had all the beer in the world, I'd take it and pour it into the river."

With even greater emphasis he said, "And if I had all the wine in the world, I'd take it and pour it into the river."

And then finally, shaking his fist in the air, he said, "And if I had all the whiskey in the world, I'd take it and pour it into the river."

Sermon complete, the preacher sat down.

The song leader stood very cautiously and announced
with a smile, nearly laughing, "For our closing song, let us sing Hymn #365, `Shall We Gather at the River'"

IT WAS A GOOD DAY.

I have a friend (Jaxon Williams) who does swimming and his little sister does swimming too.
This last summer he had a swim meet in Woodland while his sister had a swim meet in Red Bluff.
Him and his dad went to Woodland and his mom had asked if I could come along with her and help out with the kids in Red Bluff.
I brought my camera just for the fun of it and here are some of the pictures I took that day.

Its New

So this is new.
I was bored so I decided to start something that would be about me.
Mostly.

So here is a little bit about me.
My name is Chanae I live in Redding, Ca.
I have no writing skills at all.

Photography is a passion that I have. Especially when taking pictures of kids when they are themselves and not when they are forced to pose for a picture. Bringing the best our of people through pictures is definitely something I love doing.

Music is another passion that I have. I play the piano and come up with my own music.

I'm Mormon

I'm really out there.
I don't fit into a 'group', I hang out with all different kinds of people.
I'm not one to judge...Ever.
I won't listen to someone talk about a person and I'll automatically dislike them. I have to know them.
I'm on a Home school type situation.
My friends mean more to me than I will ever be able to express.
I just hope they all know that I really do care.
